NORA is a privately operated, non-public personal AI assistant. It is built and run by its owner for their own personal and household use. These terms describe the basis on which it operates; they are not an offer of a commercial product or public service, because none exists here to offer.

Not a public service

NORA has no public sign-up, no public pricing, and no commercial offering. Access to the application is granted directly by its owner to specific people for personal or household use. Nothing on this site or in NORA itself is an invitation for the general public to register, subscribe to, or otherwise obtain an account.

Acceptable use

Anyone granted access to NORA agrees to use it only for its intended purpose — personal organization of their own communications, schedule, projects and tasks — and not to use it to violate any law, to attempt to access another person's accounts or data without authorization, or to interfere with the application's operation or security.

Google account connection

NORA's Gmail and Google Calendar integration operates under a Google Account the owner connects and controls. The scopes requested, how that data is used, and how it is stored are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. The connection can be revoked at any time, by disconnecting it in NORA or by removing NORA's access directly from the connected Google Account's own security settings.

No warranty

NORA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. As a privately operated personal tool, it carries none of the service-level or support commitments a commercial product would.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORA's owner and operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, NORA.

Changes

These terms, and the Privacy Policy they incorporate, may be updated from time to time to keep describing NORA accurately. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
